Refund policy
Returns for exchange or store credit.
Many of the items are one-of-a-kind and we understand that it is hard to gauge how they are going to fit without trying them on firsthand. If you think this will be a concern, please let us know what item you are interested in and let us know when it is a good time for you to come into the studio for a try-on.
Our return policy is for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, please give us the purchase date and invoice number that was emailed to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your return will be processed, we will be in touch about whether you want to exchange the item or receive a store credit for another item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you are not, so we can begin working on a solution immediately.
